Consulting - This service prior to project engagement, ensures
finances are not misappropriated, but most importantly, ensures
your needs as the client are covered, with regards to the
appropriate training of your control room operators.
Simulator Vendor Consulting - We provide successful
relationships. This service provides a link between the clients'
operational and training requirements, with regards to their
technical requirements. We know Oil and Gas processes, with this
knowledge we help build the relationship between vendor and
client. We ensure a smooth transition of the clients OTS needs, and
wants with regards to the vendors technical requirements of the
project.
Training Plans - We are quick learners. We can cover a lot of ground quickly and translate that knowledge and understanding to a
tailored training program which is not only relevant but also appropriate to its audience. We can provide all aspects of OTS training
programs, from an detailed, structured Training Plan/path with competency based assessment programs, to something more specific
based on your company's individual training needs, to create a customized plan.
OTS Training (Control Room Operations) - We know control room operations.40 years of participating in Commission, Startup and
Training of Control Room Operations personnel in-class and on-site. The last decade have involved specifically, the OTS Training for two
large LNG projects, and the largest FPSO project of its kind in the world. We can quickly determine the scope of the project and/or
provide you with complete Control Room Operator Training and /or add customization to meet your requirements.
Writing, Reviewing & Updating Procedures.
We believe quality procedures of any type start with a solid set of
standards. We are disciplined in our approach adhering to proven
business practices. Quality, consistency and proven procedures
ensures a solid foundation and successful outcome agreed upon
by all parties involved (training team and client).
Assessing the Clients considerations: SME's use vendor drawings and narratives to quickly assess the clients situation and
concerns, to produce and help write procedures. Engineering PDF's, P&ID's are used to provide narratives specific to the project
deliver REV 1 documentation for the following: Startup Procedures, Normal Operating Procedures, and Daily Operations Instructions for Operators and Maintenance personnel.
Staying current: Existing and /or previously provided documentation are vetted and thoroughly reviewed in order to ensure all are
current and correct.
Document control: Understanding the importance of document control, we incorporate client reviews and comments to ensure
the review moves efficiently to the next revision towards completion. Field staff can be provided to help with the validation process,
if required.
